I recently tried this recipe and it’s definitely going to be a Summer go-to of mine! Creamy goat cheese, whipped with sweet honey, salt, and pepper. Serve the jam and cheese over grilled bread and top with a tart strawberry balsamic jam. Enjoy for breakfast, brunch, a quick (and easy) lunch, or as a simple appetizer for your next summer picnic. A simple, healthy, and colorful Strawberry Watermelon Salad with Burrata cheese. Sweet and juicy summer watermelon, strawberries, crunchy cucumber, garden basil, and creamy burrata cheese – all combined to create a refreshing salad that’s pretty and so delicious. Finish this quick and simple salad with a drizzle of balsamic fig vinaigrette. Every bite bursts in your mouth with sweet watermelon and strawberries. The cheese adds a nice creaminess, and the pickled peppers on top add the slightest bit of spicy tang.

Chipotle Pineapple Bang Bang Chicken Skewers

These Chipotle Pineapple Bang Bang Chicken Skewers are also a new warm weather go-to. Chicken seasoned with spicy chipotle chilies, tamari, ginger, and honey. Add chunks of pineapple to each skewer for a tropical island flare. Serve these chicken skewers with spicy, tangy, creamy restaurant-style bang bang sauce, it never disappoints. Add extra limes and green onions, plus a bowl of coconut or cilantro rice (or cook up some baked french fries). Such a yummy family meal!

Strawberry Lemonade Aperol Margarita

Last but certainly not least we have a take of my favourite warm weather drink – the Aperol Spritz. Mixed simply with sweet strawberries, orange liquor, tequila, and the twist on this drink – Aperol and lemon. Simply blend with ice and finish with spicy/sweet ginger beer. A refreshing summer cocktail that’s perfectly icy, sweet, spicy and so delicious! The salted Tajin-lined rim keeps everyone coming back for a second round. Click here for the recipe and enjoy!
