Keep Your Body Moving – Virtually!

Many yoga and fitness studios have begun to provide virtual classes as an alternative to in-person sessions. Since we are mostly confined to our homes, I think it’s extremely important to make sure we are prioritizing our mental and physical wellbeing.

Regular exercise has been shown to reduce stress, increase memory, improve sleep quality, and improve overall mood. Whether you want to work up a sweat, gain strength, or stretch out your body, these studios offer the opportunity to do so in the convenience of your own home! Keep reading to learn more!

YYOGA

If you’re looking for gentle, beginner-friendly classes or something more fiery and intense, YYOGA has you covered with YYOGA at Home! Each class is designed for home practice including visual demonstrations (personally I think this is a must to ensure I’m doing the poses correctly!). They also offer live studio feeds streamed through Zoom, if you prefer to experience a class in real time!

Oxygen Yoga & Fitness

Keep moving from home with live streams and on-demand classes through Oxygen’s virtual studio! Enjoy classes like Deep Stretch & Relaxation, Fast & Furious, Yoga Power Core all taught by Oxygen Instructors, with new videos added every month. Over the years I’ve gone to Oxygen Yoga (in-studio) dozens of times, and their virtual transformation has been something that has been extremely beneficial for me. Now that it’s getting warmer out I like to take my computer out onto my patio and do my Yoga sessions there!
